Sulla religione, su Dio, sono d'accordo con Philip Roth. In un'intervista in cui gli si chiedeva se fosse religioso, rispondeva:

« "I'm exactly the opposite of religious," he says. "I'm anti-religious. I find religious people hideous. I hate the religious lies. It's all a big lie. Are you religious yourself?" Roth asks [the interviewer].
"No," I say, "but I'm sure that life would be easier if I was."
"Oh," Roth says. "I don't think so. I have such a huge dislike. It's not a neurotic thing, but the miserable record of religion. I don't even want to talk about it, it's not interesting to talk about the sheep referred to as believers. When I write, I'm alone. It's filled with fear and loneliness and anxiety - and I never needed religion to save me." »

Certo. E questo wikilibro mi libera da Dio, Cristo, Cristianesimo... e dalla religione in generale, qualsiasi essa sia.

E quanto all'ebraismo?... Stessa mia posizione... sono qui sotto, nell'elenco ―― individuatemi!

This page lists well-known Jewish atheists and agnostics. Based on Jewish law's emphasis on matrilineal descent, religiously conservative Orthodox Jewish authorities would accept an atheist born to a Jewish mother as fully Jewish. A 2011 study found that half of all American Jews have doubts about the existence of God, compared to 10–15% of other American religious groups.
